When you request a pick up, we will arrange for your flight arrival updates and automatically and adjust your pick up time, if necessary. If your flight is delayed for an extended period of time, we will be in touch to accommodate or cancel if necessary.
Since LAX policy, does not allow for vehicles to park at the curb and wait for a passengers, drivers must circle the airport if you do not request meet-and-greet service. Please understand this can cause delays in pickup based on airport traffic conditions. We appreciate your patience.
